Metraclick MCP — User Manual
This guide is for end users of the Metraclick MCP Server: people who connect an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Pi, n8n, and similar) to Metraclick and want to know what each tool does and how to ask for it in plain language.
You do not need to write code or know how the server works behind the scenes. Your AI assistant calls the tools for you when you describe what you want.
Before you start
- Connection — Get a connection URL from mcp.metraclick.com/account or your administrator. Test your connection URL before adding it to an AI client. See Client integration for setup details.
- Enabled tools — Your organization only sees tools that were turned on for your account. If the AI says a tool is missing, ask your administrator to enable it.
- Service credentials — Some tools need extra setup (database access for knowledge search, email accounts, Google Drive, and so on). Each section lists what is required.
How to use this manual
Each tool has its own page with the same structure:

Example prompts are written for you, the human. You do not need to type JSON or tool names — your AI picks the right tool from what you say.
